I couldn’t resist creating an orange pumpkin for Halloween. The advantage of this knitted pumpkin is it can be used over and over again and will always look fresh and VERY orange. There is an optional extra – you could embroider a face on your pumpkin!
Suitable for any knitter who is happy to follow assembly instructions using mostly back stitch. The pumpkin itself is knitted in one piece, so nice and easy. A great way to practice your knitting skills. Sewing up seams and attaching the stem and leaves is required.
1 x 50g main colour for the pumpkin
20g each C1 and C2 for the leaves
3.75 needles, stitch holders, wool needle for sewing, scissors, stuffing
One size pattern
Height – approximately 12 cm or 5 inches
Circumference – approximately 68 cm or 27 inches
