“Pretty pastel” baby blanket

Lovely stripes are made with nine soft pastel colors using a mix of crochet stitches for nice contrasting texture. This blanket is perfect project for advanced beginners to improve their crochet skills.

Material:
- Medium weight cotton yarn (100% cotton, 125 m [137 yds] / 50g):
4 balls in Violet, 2 balls each in Lavender and Baby rose, 1 ball each in Yellow, Silver gray, Dark gray, Light turquoise, Turquoise and White.

Crochet hook: 3.5 mm (US E/4)

You can also use any other cotton or medium weight yarn (3 or light in the USA; DK or 8 ply in the UK, 8 ply in Australia).
