This delicate shawl design made with soft cotton yarn is inspired by traditional filet crochet technique. A very pretty lacy pattern with a stylish flower motif is easy to make: only what you need to know is how to make a chain stitch, slip stitch and double crochet.
Finished size:
About 200cm [80 inch] long and 40cm [16 inch] wide at center.

Scheepjes Whirlette (60% Cotton, 40% Acrylic; 497 yds [455m] / 100g Cake; 3 cakes in 859 Rose.
You can also use any other wool or fingering weight yarn (1 or sock/fine/baby in the USA;
2 ply in the UK, 3 ply in Australia; 14-30 wpi).
Hook size: G/6 [4 mm]
