Two identical flat panels worked bottom-up in a simple 2-row repeat (dc row, then sc row). Near the top, switch to a decorative X-stitch section, then split the final X-row to form the off-shoulder neckline. Join shoulders, leave sides open (for a wide sleeve opening), then add a tall fpdc/bpdc waistband in the round. Short fpdc/bpdc cuffs at the sleeve openings. Finish with a shell trim at the neckline.
