This large tote bag is perfect for daily use: as grocery bag when going to the market, beach bag to carry all things needed for a family trip to the beach or pool, or as a project bag for your knitting or crochet project. The bag is worked in the round, and the body is made of filet crochet with a pretty zigzag pattern. Measurements: Finished bag is 15″ [38 cm] wide by 13.5″ [34 cm] high and 4″ [10 cm] deep, excluding handles. Skill Level: Easy Yarn used: Scheepjes Cotton 8 (186yds [170 m] / 50 g; 100% cotton) - 5 balls in Cobalt 519 Hook size: 3 mm (US D/3) Similar weight yarns may be substituted; please check the gauge. The 8 page PDF file includes: information about yarn, easy to follow charted and written pattern (US terms) with a lot of photo’s (row-by-row description), and detailed explanation how to make this amazing bag.
