The Christmas tree has a long history. The Romans and Germans
already decorated their house with green branches and lighting. The spruce is special. Where all trees become bare or brown, this spruce remains beautifully green in winter. A sign of fertility, new life and eternity. Later, the Christmas tree was incorporated into the Christian tradition.
