For this pattern, you should be able to crochet chains, slip stitches, and double crochets. The pattern is well suited for beginners.
Top Blue is crocheted with Alison & Mae Amazing Cake yarn (from Action). It is a soft and not too thick yarn. On colder days, the top can be worn with long sleeves underneath, and on warmer days, you can wear a tank top underneath.
