Inspiration: Cameo Romance is a tapestry crochet design inspired by an antique cameo brooch I found featuring a delicate carving of two young lovers in a pastoral scene. The theme is reimagined here in the silhouette of a young fiddler wooing a shepherdess, they meet under a tree and he plays for her while dancing a jig. A soft color scheme of beige and white compliment the tender spirit of the story, echoed again in the coordinating plaid pillow sham - a crochet collection to cherish forever!
