This crochet pattern is designed by Morale Fiber.
It is a beautiful scarf/cowl/shawl. Multifunctional and very fun for using up yarn scraps! Centuries ago (it feels like), I designed a hat-cowl that was simple to make and could be worn in many ways. It started as a scrap buster, I just made a few Rhiannon Cowls with random yarn and colors. The result was a fun project that is great for beginners, but a bit more interesting than a plain old scarf. It is called the Rhiannon Cowl, after one of my favorite mythological deities. And yes, also named after the song.
I am a huge fantasy nerd, knowing about the mythological goddess before the pop song... But anyway, I digress... That was in 2015. But I have since grown a lot in pattern writing. In an effort to give it a makeover, this pattern is now completely up to date and available for free for you.
