How cute is the picot edge at the top?! The lace pattern on the outside of the foot completes the sock. The 'waves' remind me of the waves of the sea.

Maartje wrote her first knitting book in 2022. The book entitled; 'I knit, you knit, we knit' is full of 12 patterns to keep yourself warm.
She developed her knitting skills in Ireland where she lived for a few years with her family. There she learned new techniques such as top-down knitting, brioche, cable knitting, but also knitted her first pair of socks in Dublin. Back in the Netherlands, she designed patterns for magazines and yarn manufacturers. She gives workshops in knitting techniques throughout the country.

Lang Yarns Jawoll superwash 50 grams, 210 meters, color 045, 2 balls
Lang Yarns Jawoll superwash 50 grams, 210 meters, color 226, 1 ball;
Circular needle 2.25 mm/80 cm cable (or sock needles 2.25 mm);
Darning needle;
